Gaze tracking using contact lens camera based on distributed single-pixel imaging technique

We previously proposed an ultra-low power contact lens camera based on the distributed single-pixel imaging. In this study, we investigate the feasibility of using the proposed contact lens camera for the gaze tracking of the contact lens display. By changing the displayed image in accordance with the gaze movement, the field of view of the contact lens display can be practically expanded. Because the resolution of the proposed contact lens camera is low, this study examines the possibility of a sub-pixel accuracy for the gaze tracking using the correlation operations. |
