Home game interface that detects hip movements

This work aims to improve tennis swing motion using a self-made controller that captures hip motion. In traditional tennis games, where players operate the controller by hand, many tend to rely on arm movements alone. Therefore, we aimed to make it possible to play the game of tennis with the correct swing motion by acquiring the motion of the hips. Hip movements were detected using an acceleration sensor. As a result of actually using it, it was found that there was no effect on the way the body was used after using it for a short period of time, and there was no improvement. The cause was thought to be due to the fact that the program automatically moved around the court, so the player did not move his legs and was forcing himself to move his hips. |
