Development of the Okonomiyaki Experience Game "Kote no Meijin"

In this study, we developed Kote no Meijin, an Okonomiyaki Experience Game designed to be both simple and enjoyable, even for individuals who are inexperienced with gaming. The main objective is to flip an original okonomiyaki-shaped device with a spatula without causing it to break. The device is equipped with an accelerometer to detect when it has been flipped, as well as a Hall sensor to determine whether it remains intact. Furthermore, we constructed a unique system employing four M5Capsule microcontrollers to collect sensor data and transmit it to a computer via ESP-NOW wireless communication. |
