This paper proposes a TV program playlist generation method based on LLM-powered query expansion. The method generates multiple expanded queries from a user-provided playlist title and description, and uses them, along with the original title and description, to search a pre-built program vector database. This approach enables retrieving more diverse programs relevant to the playlist theme than simple cosine similarity search. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the top-50 precision by 22 percentage points on average compared to a conventional method. |
