A study on an intelligent surveillance camera system using HTJ2K

(in English) An intelligent surveillance camera system based on a Raspberry Pi, which is a well-known single-board computer (SBC), is proposed in this paper.
The system integrates a camera and an NPU to efficiently detect humans and compresses the detected frames using the HTJ2K standard. Experimental results demonstrate the proposed system can achieve 30 fps for the entire workflow with the full-HD ($1920times 1080$) resolution.
