PEDOT:PSS is a type of conductive polymer and is attracting attention not only for its antistatic effect, but also as an electrode due to its excellent conductivity and electron conduction mechanism. To make PEDOT:PSS a stable electrode, the right base material, thickness, shape and electrode uniformity are important. We have formed conductive flexible polymer electrodes using the spray-painting method. At the same time, we tried to reduce the sheet resistance of the flexible polymer electrodes by increasing the thickness of the electrodes through repeated coating. Therefore, we aimed to achieve the optimum forming method by adjusting the material used to spray PEDOT:PSS, the spraying height, the drying time after spraying and the baking time of PEDOT:PSS. |
