Underwater acoustic positioning is known to be affected by multipath, Doppler shift, and noise, which can degrade positioning accuracy. Resampling for the received signal has been used as a countermeasure of Doppler shift. However, this method requires a large amount of computation. In this study, we introduce a multi-template method in which the reference signal is pre-compressed or pre-contracted in advance. We have conducted an acoustic positioning test to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
