Automatic Circuit Topology Selection for Sub-THz Small-Signal Amplifiers using Machine Learning Models

(in English) The objective of this study is to realize automatic design of RF front-end circuits in the sub-THz band. As an initial study, a mechanism for selecting an appropriate circuit topology from given specifications is realized by a machine learning model. By using this method, we show that the circuit with the performance closest to the specification can be appropriately selected from multiple circuit topologies in small-signal amplifiers.
