The damage caused by special fraud is serious. In order to prevent such scams, simulations are being conducted. However, most of these simulations are in the form of one-way listening to a voice recording of past crimes, which is less realistic. In this paper, we propose a fraud training system with a fraud simulation function that enables role-playing of fraud conversations with AI trainer that utilizes Generative AI and a feedback function that presents risks based on the mental and physical state during the experience. |
