Generative AI system for preventing special fraud

(in English) The damage caused by special fraud is serious. In order to prevent such scams, simulations are being conducted. However, most of these simulations are in the form of one-way listening to a voice recording of past crimes, which is less realistic. In this paper, we propose a fraud training system with a fraud simulation function that enables role-playing of fraud conversations with AI trainer that utilizes Generative AI and a feedback function that presents risks based on the mental and physical state during the experience.
