日本語話者における異なる2種類の課題で生じる視聴覚統合の関係

本研究の目的は，日本語話者を対象に，視覚情報がマガーク課題とSPIN課題に与える影響を比較・検討し，音声認識における視聴覚統合のメカニズムを明らかにする事である．マガーク課題実験は，一つの音節について発声する21条件の音声映像刺激 (音声映像7条件 × 発話者3条件) が提示され，4つの選択肢から聞こえた音節を応答させるのを1試行とし，各条件に対して10試行おこなった．SPIN without meaning課題実験は，4つのキーワードを持つ文意を持たない文が20条件の異なる環境下 (ノイズ2条件 × S/N5条件 × 発話映像2条件) で提示され，聞こえた文章を応答させるのを1試行とし，各条件に対して4試行おこなった．その結果この2種類の課題において音声認識に視覚情報が与える影響に相関はみられなかった． |

The purpose of this study is to reveal the mechanism of audiovisual integration in speech recognition by comparing the effects of visual information on the Mcgurk task and SPIN task in Japanese speakers. In the Mcgurk task, participants were presented with 21 conditions of audiovisual stimuli in which a single syllable was uttered (7 audiovisual conditions × 3 speaker conditions). Participants were asked to the syllable they heard from 4 alternatives on one trial, with 10 trials for each conditions. In the SPIN without meaning task, participants were presented with sentences with four keywords without meaning under 20 different conditions (2 noise conditions × 5 S/N conditions × 2 spoken video conditions), and were asked to respond to a sentence they heard on one trial, with 4 trials for each conditions. The results showed no correlation between the effects of visual information in these two type of tasks. |
