[Poster Presentation] High Speed, High Resolution Column Parallel Pipeline ADC for Low Rolling Shutter Distortion

(in English) In recent years, more than ever before, higher quality video is required. Rolling shutter distortion caused by camerawork such as the imaging of fast-moving subject and panning needs to be reduced. Accordingly, high-speed, high-resolution ADC is required. In this paper, we focus on pipeline ADC for high-speed ADC. We propose the mechanism of high-speed, high-resolution column parallel Pipeline ADC which enables to reduce the effect of capacitor mismatch and thermal noise which hinder high resolution.
