In recent years, more than ever before, higher quality video is required. Rolling shutter distortion caused by camerawork such as the imaging of fast-moving subject and panning needs to be reduced. Accordingly, high-speed, high-resolution ADC is required. In this paper, we focus on pipeline ADC for high-speed ADC. We propose the mechanism of high-speed, high-resolution column parallel Pipeline ADC which enables to reduce the effect of capacitor mismatch and thermal noise which hinder high resolution. |
