The purpose of this paper is to discuss the integration of technology and market by R&D organization and market organization under the corporate R&D. Previous studies have been conducted on the assumption that these organizations exist as two independent organizations. This paper presents some insights, such as efficient conflict management and flexible exit strategy, through the analysis of Hitachi’s reorganization process. |
