It is very important for device research to use environment-friendly materials to realize sustainable development goals. In this study, we attempted to fabricate an organic light emitting diode (OLED) on cellulose nano paper (CNP) substrates. Since the CNP substrate absorb moisture easily, it is difficult to use conventional OLEDs, which are deteriorated by moisture and oxygen. Therefore, by using an inverted OLED that is resistant to moisture and oxygen, we were able to realize a light-emitting device that is resistant to degradation over a long period using a CNP substrate. |
