This paper analyzed the decrease in dental technicians and the stagnation of digitalization of dental technicians, and considered the business model that promotes digitalization. We analyzed the work of dental technicians, clarified the background of the harsh working system, and clarified the obstacles to the improvement of the working system by digitization and the spread of digitalization. Based on the clarified factors, we devised a business model that can promote the digitization of the entire industry by taking advantage of the characteristics of dental material manufacturers. |
