We have proposed a pseudo 3D display using linear perspective effect as one of the pictorial cues, by projecting 2D images to real surfaces inclined to observer. The 2D projected image is perceived to be standing up from the surface of the ceiling or floor, and perceived inclined angle can be increased up to 86° by increasing the observation distance and decreasing the observation angle. |
