The purpose of this study is to examine the ways in which the Japanese airline industry can achieve sustainability management in order to gain more profits in the future. In this study, we focus on Jetstar Japan, which currently has the largest market share among Low-cost carrier (LCC) in Japan. Also, We examine the applicability of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to develop sustainability management of the company. |
