CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) is becoming more and more popular. And pre-trained CNN models can be accessed easily. On the other side, the unauthorized use of pre-trained CNN models is regarded as a problem. To solve this problem, digital watermarking technique for CNN models has been proposed. However, the statistical characteristics of weight of CNN model will be changed and the embedding capacity is little. In this paper, we propose a high embedding capacity watermarking technique for CNN models. In our approach, we use a new parameter regularizer and embed the mapped watermark message into the weight of CNN model by regularization. The experiments result shows that our approach can reach higher capacity and reduce the impact on statistical characteristics without impairing the performance of network. |
