With recent technological innovation in augmented reality (AR) technology, navigation using AR technology will be expected to be popular. On the other hand, the guided people may be confused and stop (puzzlement behavior,) when they are navigated by AR-PoI (AR-Point of Interest.）In order to reduce the time of the navigation and eliminate the anxiety of the guided people, it is necessary to reduce the puzzlement behavior during the navigation. The navigation system developers can take measures to prevent the puzzlement behavior if they can predict in advance where puzzlement behavior will occur. Therefore, in our study, we propose a simulation environment that enables such measures and show the requirements. Furthermore, we perform a simulation experiment using a part of the proposed simulation environment and clarified the effectiveness of our proposed simulation environment. |
