There are many points that should be improved in total knee arthroplasty, because the patient is often dissatisfied with the postoperative course and needs a large amount of medical expenses. Therefore, a “three-dimensional joint instability analysis system” has been proposed that generates basic data for navigation in total knee arthroplasty. In this system, a motion analysis is performed in which the motion of the knee joint detected from the image and the load and moment measured by the 6-axis force sensor are correlated. In this study, three-dimensional displacement measurement of the knee joint was taken, and as a first step, a method of three-dimensionally detecting knee feature points was examined. |
