Yuta Mizoguchi, Hironori Hara (Tokyo Polytechnic Univ.)
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We created a device that reproduces sensations touched using electrical stimulation. We performed an experiment to verify whether the feeling touched makes a difference in the feeling of fear of the player by reproducing the sensation which was touched by giving electrical stimulation according to the directing in the horror game. The feeling of fear was to record the heart beat using the heart rate sensor, and observe whether a change in heart rate appears when applying stimulation and when not giving it. Horror games are played using VR, and they were produced using game engines.
