人間ドックおよび健康診断の血液検査（血算、生化学検査など）は、世界中で最も頻繁に行われる 臨床検査であるが、十分に活用されていない。その要因として、専門的な教育が行われていないことが挙げら
れる。医学が膨大な教育内容を含んでいるため、学生も教員も時間に追われ、理解するという過程を省いて解
釈している。疾患のメカニズムを理解しなくても医師国家試験に合格できることも、医学教育を歪める大きな
要因である。年月を経ても活用できる考え方を教えたいと思いながら検査値の読み方を教育している。今回は、 実際の 2 症例の血液検査データを解説しながら、医学生に行っている信州大学における血液検査の読み方につ いて紹介する。 |

Blood tests are most frequently examined on the medical checkup all over the world, however their results are not fully understood and not sufficiently used for the diagnose and treatment. One of the problems is not to educate interpretation of the blood tests. Medical education has to cover many fields in addition to the blood tests, and national examinations for the medical stuffs can be passed without precise knowledge about them. We want to educate the method to interpret blood tests, which was devised in the Shinshu University. In this lecture, we will interpret blood data of two patients. |
