A Virtual Dress-Up System with Fast Photometric Compensation and Humanoid 3D Model Projection

We propose a virtual dress-up system which projects cloth image to the user by using a projector. We use photometric compensation technique which can overwrite user’s clothes, but conventional techniques are too slowly to use for the projection target whose surface is frequently changed. So we speed up the photometric compensation technique and it can work on moving person in short time. In addition, we use humanoid 3D models distributed on the internet. So our system can increase contents with ease, and create a visual effect as if the user was transformed into a 3D model. |
