The unexpected event has happened in television reception from the Tokyo Sky Tree. The degradation in the propagation characteristic was observed at the receiving point of 32.8 km away from the Sky Tree. We have to reflect on the tendency to draw a conclusion quickly, without originally assuming what should be examined. |
