Perfomance of polarization-analyzing CMOS image sensor was improved by using multiple polarization-analyzing pixel array sets. The accuracy of polarization analysis was improved to $\sigma$=0.0061deg. Using the present CMOS sensor，real-time chiral analysis of menthol solution was successfully measured. |
